Pastor Eric Stacy grew up in Des Moines, Iowa. He has traveled to England, France, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Italy, Lichtenstein, and Japan. Pastor Stacy accepted a call to serve as the Associate Pastor at Grace Chapel Church in 2020. He works primarily with youth, young adults and school families. He has a younger sister, Susan, and a younger brother, Sean.
Activities that bring him joy as a pastor are teaching in a Lutheran school, preaching the Word of God while making connections to artwork, literature, and object lessons, and ministering to those who are facing illness or death.
Pastor Stacy is an avid New York Yankees fan. He can play the piano, trombone, and organ. He loves playing old video games; his favorite is "Sonic the Hedgehog." He is also a huge Yu-gi-oh and Poke'mon fan.
Pastor Stacy's favorite Bible verse is Acts 4:12.
